11. Special Note for Veterinary Practices (Vet 360)

If you use Vet 360, you are responsible for complying with applicable veterinary practice, privacy, and animal health record laws in your jurisdiction. Patient/client data you enter is processed under your instructions as the data controller. We act as a processor for that data and maintain appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., email or in-app notification).
